Associate Finance and Assistant to Directors (M/W/D)

For our offices either in Zagreb (kevee zagreb d.o.o.) or in Sarajevo (kevee sarajevo d.o.o.) we are looking for a colleague as Associate Finance and Assistant to Directors who will help with due diligence, engagement and organizational skills and perform tasks in finances / accounting as well as assist the directors and teams in our SEE offices Zagreb, Sarajevo and Belgrade. 

kevee is a europe-wide operating company for engineering services in the construction industry with emphasis on structural engineering, comprising office locations in Germany and throughout Europe.

Your tasks:


  • Provide, edit and control of incoming and outgoing invoices (AP, AR) for several offices throughout kevee group
  • Analysis and track previously mentioned invoices and respective due dates, editing in different accounting systems and provide liquidity overviews
  • Set payment transactions for diverse companies and track payment obligations as well as OPOS
  • Business partner for diverse tax consultants regarding accounting topics


  • Support in providing and editing standardized monthly and quarterly reports as well as analysis of ACT / BUD figures for different companies
  • Prepare and provide (monthly) intercompany invoicing
  • Prepare and provide adhoc analyses and simulations
  • Support in annual operating (financial) planning and rolling forecasts


  • Support in preparing cash flow and liquidity forecasts
  • Prepare, edit and provide administrative, financially relevant documents for tax law purposes

BI / Systems:

  • Support in KPI Governance and data validation in existing tools and systems

Assistant to Directors:

  • Support in preparing offers to clients
  • Organize travels and reservations of hotels, flights etc. for all staff
  • Register employees in vacation systems, track vacation days and sick leave
  • Answer phone calls and forward if necessary as well as mailbox administration
  • Administration of protocols and documents and track follow ups
  • Contact person for tenants and / or building administrators
  • Administration and order of office supplies
  • Coordination of activities among offices


Your profil:

  • Profound knowledge of German and Croatian/Bosnian language (good English skills are a plus)
  • Bachelor‘s or Master’s Degree in (financial) Economics or similar education and professional background
  • At least 2 years of experience in controlling / finance / accounting
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Knowledge of reporting standards IFRS / HSFI (Croatia)
  • Knowledge in accounting system eRačuni (Croatia) is a plus
  • Experience with (implementing) an ERP-system is a plus
  • Proactivity and self-responsibility, self-organization and flexibility
  • Analytical thinking and understanding
  • Profound communication skills and teamplayer
